In pittoresque Herisau in St Gallen, outside of the city St Gallen (ok Switzerland) at the moment to visit J and to have some quiet study time. This place is amazingly cute but it feels like an army base at the same time because you see camouflage and rifles everywhere you go. Must be the safest place on earth to study.
I’ve also done some research on the village and it seems there are a strikingly high amounts of ladies from the country taking naked pictures in the hay…? Maybe it’s a thing here, like eating traditional sweets in Basel (sugared cardboard with cinnamon, basically), burning the city gate once a year in Liestal and shopping in Zurich?
“When in Rome”.. I guess, but I think I’ll stick to studying for now! 😀
