Two days ago I made these damn bloody amazing peanut-butter-swedish-icechocolate-cups and they were so good I feel like I have to share the love.
What you need
Chocolate: 100g coconut fat (not oil!), 300g chocolate (dark/light doesn’t matter but I use dark)
Filling: 70g smooth unsweetened peanut butter, 1 1/2 dl powder sugar
- Melt the coconut fat in a pan, add chocolate and let melt. Don’t let it boil. Set aside.
- Mix peanut butter and sugar in a bowl.
- Make small balls of the peanut butter mix and gently press them down in the forms.
- Pour over the chocolate mix. Let it set in the fridge for a few hours. Done!
