Hey y’all, I just got home from rugby training and daaamn it’s tough! I have no idea about the rules at all, all I do it wait for the ball and when I get it, run. My first game is on Saturday so I gotta make sure to watch some games on Youtube to get the grip of everything.

Anyway, here’s a tip on a grrreat post-workout snack if you want to slim down build muscles at the same time. Hope you like it! ❤

  1. Great post! But low fat cottage cheese and quark? Low fat products = usually a higher sugar content. I’d rather eat fat than sugar because fat makes me full for a longer time, and no sugar rush and blood sugar jumps. 😉 Otherwise awesome, and kick ass at rugby!
