Breakfast favourites for fitness crazies

I have found two new breakfast/lunch recipes which I’m now absolutely obsessed with! Egg/banana pancakes and oven baked eggs in ham shells. Rich in protein and low (shed calories by taking the yolks away) in fat they are perfect to help you achieve 2014’s New Years fitness-resolutions. Enjoy!
