Came back home from football (uuh ok fine, “soccer”) a couple of hours ago, and my body hurts soo much! Not just from today but also from kickboxing yesterday. It really was a while ago I worked out properly. This will change! I’m doing this low carb LCHF/GI diet (and I’m sitting here with a beer…) at the moment so I’m hoping to see some results by the end of next week.
Now its time to jump in to bed with a cup of tea and listen to Veronica Maggio.
